Rental Garment Return Policy:

1. Return Deadline: Please ensure you return the rental garments within the agreed-upon days from the delivery date.

2. Condition: Garments must be returned in the same condition as when received. Please refrain from making any alterations or modifications to the garments.

3. Garment Bags: The rental garments should be returned in the garment bags provided. This helps protect the garments during transportation and ensures they are kept in good condition.

4. Cleaning: We kindly request that you do not clean the garments yourself. We will take care of the cleaning process once the garments are returned. However, please remove any visible stains or spills before returning them.

5. Accessories: Please return any accompanying accessories or additional items included with the rental garments. These should be placed in the garment bags as well.

Instructions for Returning the Garments:

1. Pack the Garments: Carefully fold the rental garments and place them back into the garment bags provided. Make sure they are neatly arranged to minimize any potential wrinkling.

2. Secure the Bags: Seal the garment bags securely to prevent any items from falling out during transit. Double-check that all zippers or fasteners are correctly closed.

3. Packaging: Place the garment bags into a suitable packaging box. If the original box is still in good condition, you may reuse it. Alternatively, use a sturdy box to accommodate the garment bags without excessive squeezing or folding.

4. Additional Padding: If necessary, add some additional padding, such as bubble wrap or tissue paper, to ensure the garments are well-protected within the box.

5. Seal the Box: Use packaging tape to seal the box securely. Make sure all seams are properly sealed to prevent any accidental openings.

6. Return Label: Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box. This label will have the necessary shipping information and return address.

7. Shipping: You may choose a shipping service of your preference to return the package. Ensure that the shipping method allows for tracking and insurance, as it's important to have visibility and coverage during transit.

8. Tracking Number: Keep a record of the tracking number provided by the shipping service. This will help you monitor the progress of the return shipment.

9. Drop-off or Pickup: Depending on the shipping service, you can drop off the package at a designated location or schedule a pickup from your address.

10. Confirmation: Once the rental garments are received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. This will acknowledge the return and may include any relevant information regarding your rental.
